Hi, I'm David Long

I am a freelance Camera Operator, editor and motion graphic artist. I started and run DNL Productions A video production company out of Orange County. DNl Production doesn't specialized, We generalize production content for broadcast and Online.

I have a full range of shooting and editing experience. I am extremely organized and am creative on demand. My experience ranges from corporate, News coverage, entertainment to Medical videos. I graduated from The Academy of Television Broadcast (with Honors) second to do so at the time and have been freelancing every since. I'm experience in linear and Non-Linear editing and have proficient cutting on multiple suites e.i. Final Cut Pro, Avid, Eduis, Vegas, and Premiere as well as After effects for motion graphics and visual effects. I have shot on numerous cameras from Canon, Panasonic to Sony, so I'm very familiar with current formats, codecs and compression for multiple avenues of distribution.

I own full HD production equipment (camera, lenses ,Teleprompter, camera supports, LED lighting, stock etc...). Full HD edit bay with the latest broadcast standard equipment and software (not iMovie or FCPx). You can expect extremely high quality (not meaning just HD, but production value) footage with a professional polished appeal that will sell. I have a lot of experience from all aspects of production and post so I know how to streamline the shoot and post workflow. I know what to expect and how to deliver.
